Saying that 1/1000 of 1% of discs shipped have complaints lodged against them is irrelevant as that could mean that 80% of discs shipped are still in shops. Then again, they mightn't be.<BR/><BR/>The useful statistic would be that 5% of discs sold to customers have had complaints lodged about them.
